Communications

The Parents' Association works closely with school administration and all event/activiy chairs to ensure that all communication to parents is timely, concise and accurate.

The secretary is responsible for attending every general PA meeting, recording attendance, and taking minutes for distribution on the website.

The PA E-mail coordinator will send out periodic reminders to all parents about upcoming PA events or about items of general interest to the entire school community.

The e-mail coordinator also serves as a resource to answer questions about events and activities.

The e-mail coordinator will also provide content to the school administration for inclusion in the weekly "Parents' Page" (an e-newsletter sent to all current families).

The sign-up coordinator consults with an event chair and the communications chair to create a volunteer sign-up.
The website and social media coordinator is responsible for updating content about the PA events and structure on the school website and school calendar. The coordinator will work closely with school administration to make certain a strategic social media plan is designed and implemented.
The Parent Workshop Coordinator will identify topics of interest to the St. Stephen of Hungary parent community and identify and secure potential speakers for PA meetings throughout the year.
A team of parent volunteer photographers takes photos at each event. These photos are then uploaded to our SmugMug Gallery. A percentage of all photos sold from SmugMug benefits the school.
