Student Enrichment Events

The Parents' Association sponsors many events throughout the year - both recurring and annual events. To learn more about these events and way to get involved, please see the listing below.

The Halloween Carnival is held in the Saint Stephen auditorium. It is an all-day event in which all students have an opportunity to visit the carnival and experience games, arts and crafts, face painting, and visit the haunted house and other Halloween-themed activities. Students, faculty, and children are encouraged to wear costumes.
Turkey, stuffing, macaroni and cheese, corn bread, mashed potatoes and other Thanksgiving fare are donated and prepared by parent volunteers in our kitchen and served to the students. Lunch is available for all students free of charge and is served in the festively decorated auditorium by the Parents' Association.
Cookies and Cocoa is a send off for the Christmas Holiday break held in the auditorium following the school wide Mass. Parent Volunteers decorate the auditorium and set out hot cocoa and cookies for the students to enjoy. Santa has been known to make an appearance to wish the children a very Merry Christmas.
The Parent’s Association and middle school parents plan a fun evening for the students in Grades 6-8.
All students have the opportunity to decorate their own cupcake during lunch or snack time. This event is hosted by the Parents’ Association in the spirit of Valentine’s Day and friendship.
This is special event for female students in Grades 3 - 5 to celebrate an important adult male figure in their life.
Mix It Up Lunch is a special occasion where students get to eat breakfast for lunch. Pancakes, tater-tots, scrambled eggs and breakfast breads are donated and prepared in our kitchen by Parents’ Association volunteers and served to the students.
An exciting fun-filled super-hero themed scavenger hunt awaits male students in grades 3-5 and an important female in their life.
