Please Note: If you do not already have one, you will be asked to create an account with our Enrollment Management vendor: Blackbaud (BBID). Email [email protected] with questions. 
 

 September 29, 2022: Saint Stephen of Hungary School (SSHS)  opens application process for the 2023/2024 school year.  Screenings are scheduled on a first come, first served basis once an completed application is received.

November 1, 2022: Application deadline for SSHS Siblings and Parishioners of St. Monica-St. Elizabeth of Hungary - St. Stephen of Hungary Church.  If you have a sibling of a current student or are a registered parishioner of our Church and would like to be considered in the first wave of applications (all grades), please keep this deadline in mind. 

December 1, 2022: Application deadline for Pre K 3 (choose half or full day program), Pre K 4 and Kindergarten for regular decisions.   Applications received after this date are not guaranteed to be reviewed for the regular decision time frame. 

December 15, 2022: SSHS Siblings and Parishioner of St. Monica-St. Elizabeth of Hungary - St. Stephen of Hungary Church will receive notification of the decision via the admissions portal.  Keep in mind this date applies to the families who submitted complete applications by November 1, 2022. If applicable, please reply by January 5, 2023 in order to secure the spot. 

January 20, 2023: Pre K 3 half day, Pre K 3 full day, Pre K 4 and Kindergarten Regular Decisions will receive notification of the decision via the admissions portal. Keep in mind this date applies to the families who submitted complete applications by December 1, 2022.  If applicable, please reply by  January 31, 2023 in order to secure the spot. 

You may still send in the forms after the deadline for our rolling admissions, which is based upon availability. However, screenings are scheduled only when a potential seat becomes available.

Applications for First through Eighth grade are received and processed on a rolling basis.
