The Parents' Association Finance Committee is responsible for the financial operations of PA events.

The Treasurer is responsible for developing the PA budget, tracking financial activity, recording and depositing pizza and pasta lunch pre-payments, recording field trip pre-payments and executing all other PA disbursements including expense reimbursements.
The Finance Support lead coordinates/tracks pizza and pasta lunch orders as well as yearbook orders. This person is also available to assist with counting cash for deposits.

The PA participates in several rewards program, notably Box Tops for Education. The Rewards Program lead collects Box Tops from the various drop-off locations and submits on a bi-annual basis.

The Parents’ Association is happy to offer hot lunch opportunities two times a month. Food is prepared by an outside vendor.The Pizza and Pasta lunch chairs purchase supplies, provide set up, work the lunches and supervise lunch volunteers. They also liaise with the Finance Chair for the orders and payments of the lunches. These lunches are also dependent on parents volunteers that assist in serving the food.
