Ordering with School Tool Box with the option to ship your child's supply box directly to SSHS prior to the start of school in September is available through July 7, 2024. Orders placed after 7/7 will ship to your home.

Pre-K 2, Pre-K 3, Pre-K 4, Kindergarten: A $150 program fee which includes student classroom school supplies, will be posted in each student's Blackbaud Tuition account for the August 10th billing. Students entering PreK 3 - Grade 8 please click here:

Note: Students In Grade 1-8 will receive an email with log-in instructions for My Path (Edgenuity) & Gmail from Mr. Damian Wilhelm.   You may need this for Summer Work. If not, you will need these log-in instructions when school starts.

Students in PreK 2, PreK 3, PreK 4 and Kindergarten do not receive log-in instructions during the summer.  If needed during the school year, you will be advised by your teacher.

4. Yellow Bus Transportation Service for 24-25

Yellow Bus Service is offered to eligible Kindergarten - Gr. 6 students.

Please email Mrs. Rodriguez, irodriguez@saintstephenschool.org with your child’s name, grade in September and home address.  Please indicate that you are new to SSHS.

Subject line should read:  YELLOW BUS SERVICE

She will be in touch with you at a later time as the Office of Pupil Transportation (OPT) only processes bus requests for the following school year after the current school year concludes.

Below are our current bus stops so you can see if your child may be eligible for service based on your home address.

- - - Adam Clayton Powell & 127th Street

- - - 5th Avenue & East 102nd Street

- - - 5th Avenue & West 119th Street

- - - Madison Avenue & East 78th Street

- - - Central Park West & West 88th Street

- - - Broadway & West 96th Street

- - - 2nd Avenue & East 101st Street

- - - 1st Avenue & East 55th Street

- - - 1st Avenue & East 67th Street

- - - Madison Avenue & East 69th Street

Keep in mind that eligibility for service is based on distance from school and age/grade level. For example, a student that was eligible for service while in 2nd grade, may not be eligible when in 3rd grade based on distance to school. The older a student is, the farther from school they would need to live to continue service. Unfortunately, students in Pre-Kindergarten as well as Grade 7 and 8 are not eligible for yellow bus service.

All questions should be directed to Mrs. Rodriguez via email:  irodriguez@saintstephenschool.org

5. After School Care

After School Care is offered to students in PreK 4 through Grade 6 for an additional fee.
Registration and Rates for 2024-2025 will be available later this summer.
