Saint Stephen School provides each student with an academically rigorous curriculum to ensure endless possibilities. At each grade level, curriculum is differentiated to provide individual students with the challenges and supports they need to be successful both in and out of the classroom.  Students in all grades engage in daily lessons in English Language Arts, Math, Science, Social Studies, and Religion. Students develop conflict resolution skills as they work collaboratively and learn how to support their peers as a member of the classroom learning community. Classrooms are student-centered and teachers facilitate engaging lessons that help students develop as life-long learners who take risks and challenge themselves.

Students move from the Lower School (Early Birds - Grade 2) into the Upper School (Grade 3 - 8) as they explore the world around them with increasing complexity and depth.  When students graduate from Saint Stephen School, they have developed the academic foundation, independence, and critical thinking skills to attend the best high schools in the city.
