Submitting an Application

Please know that an admissions file will be considered complete only when the items below are received. We understand that sometimes the recommendation form will arrive after the other items, but will move forward with scheduling the interview while we wait for it to arrive.

o $225.00 Non-Refundable Application Fee (paid online)
o Birth Certificate (uploaded)
o Baptismal Certificate (uploaded – if child had been baptized)
o Immunization Record (uploaded)
o Teacher Recommendation (should be sent directly to school)
o A full transcript is required for students applying to grades 1st through 8th. This should include all grade reports, standardized test scores, and developmental screening scores (if applicable). Please use the form below to request these items from your current school.

Interviews and Playdates

Once your child's admissions file is complete, you will be contacted to schedule a screening and interview date for you and your child. Interviews take place in October, November, and December.

Applicants for PK- Kindergarten: Students will be scheduled for a screening date with Saint Stephen faculty members.

Applicants for Grades 1-8: Students will be scheduled for an admissions visit during the school day where they will visit in the classroom with other students. As part of their visit, they may be asked to complete an assessment.
