· Sneakers may be any color, but they may only be worn on gym day with the gym uniform.
· Girls may wear either a headband in the school’s plaid or other accessories in solid brown, navy, red, white, or black. No glitter or distracting adornaments will be allowed.
· Girls may elect to wear pants. If so, they must also wear a belt in St. Stephen’s plaid and a tie and sweater.
· Ties must be properly tied at all times, in and out of school. Once out of school, ties can be removed, but students cannot wear untied ties, even out of school.
· Boys and girls will have the same gym uniform. Last year’s gym uniform will be accepted for the 2010-2011 year. New uniforms should be purchased through Lands’ End and will consist of navy shorts or sweatpants, a navy sweatshirt, and a red St. Stephen’s gym logo shirt.
· The logo is required on all white polo shirts and red sweaters.
· Lands’ End is our official uniform provider. Their quality and customer service are outstanding and we believe their products offer good value. If you have flat-front khaki pants in the same shade as those provided by Lands End or white oxford shirts that are appropriate these may be worn as part of your uniform.
· Hair should be clean and well groomed
· Boys’ hair should not be below the shirt collar
· Mohawk type haircuts are not acceptable
· Bangs should not be so long that they impede vision
· One pair of earrings may be worn but may not be dangling or large hoops
· All students must wear black shoes,navy or brown shoes with a matching belt. (no athletic-like shoes permitted)
· Skirts, skorts and jumpers must be from Lands' End
